Ideas for our possessive horror:

Idea 1:
A girl getting ready in the morning and a clown appears in every room she walks into, but she doesn't really notice - she then at the end off the opening walks into the bathroom and the clown appears in the mirror and she screams.
-This will be anchored by non-diegetic background music which will build up to a climax at the end.
-Diegetic sound of the girl screaming.
Stock character: a teenage girl - dressed in normal clothing
Stock setting: a normal house
Stock theme: jumpy

Idea 2:
A group of girls of getting ready to go out - whilst strange things are happening to one of the girls, non-diegetic background music will be used to set the scene at the start and as more strange things happen the music will change to create a dramatic effect. diegetic sound of the girls talking to each other.

Stock setting: a normal house
Stock theme: jumpy

Idea 3:
A girl sleepwalks and whilst she is sleep walking she does strange things e.g. writing on walls. non-diegetic background music will be played throughout the opening.

We didn't go for either one of the ideas we came up with instead, we decided that are opening sequence would be a group of girls on there way to a party, when one of the girls starts to seem distant towards the other girls, sees a clown walks over to it, then starts to act aggressively towards the other two girls, gets confronted about why she is behaving weirdly and in result ends up harming both of the girls. See runs away ending on 'two weeks earlier'.
